Nana's hospitality made our stay at Cattani’s Riverside Home especially memorable. She took us to the local market and cooked dinner herself. Every meal was a delight, and her handmade desserts were a real treat. The rooms feel warm and homey, and the lush garden has lots of plants and quiet corners to relax in. The setting is peaceful, a good distance from the busy center, with a nearby park to explore by bike. The archaeological park is a must-see and just 20 minutes away. One thing to plan ahead: transport to and from the property, since taxis can be hard to find in the area. The place and the experience of staying there are both lovely. Highly recommended.

Nana made delicious home-style dinners and arranged our Ayutthaya tuk-tuk tour with no hassle. She was kind and attentive without hovering, and Brian was thoughtful, interesting, and warm to talk with. We felt like we were catching up with an old friend. The riverside garden is beautiful and calming, full of greenery and birds. This isn't a hotel with a front desk or artificial polish. It feels personal and heartfelt, like being invited to an auntie's house in the Thai countryside, where you're made comfortable and well fed. We left feeling not just rested, but moved. We'd read the glowing reviews about Nana and Brian and were a little skeptical at first. Now we understand why people rave about them. We only stayed two nights and had to leave early to continue our journey to Koh Kood, which was a shame. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

The house has all kinds of collections and feels like a mini museum. We stayed just one night, but enjoyed how tranquil it was. The owner is sweet, gentle, and caring, and made us breakfast and looked after us very well. A lovely house to relax in.

The hosts made me feel comfortable and cared for as a person. I especially enjoyed morning coffee and conversations with Naana, then evening talks with Brian. As a solo guest spending a month in Thailand, this was the place where I felt most at ease, and I'd return in a heartbeat. Cattani's Riverside Home really does feel like home away from home. The bed is comfortable, the AC works great, and the grounds are beautiful.

We left feeling so relaxed that we didn't want to go. Our riverside villa had a Japanese theme and an outdoor shower, and each villa has original decor with its own personal touch. The quality showed in everything, from the shower soap and freshly ground coffee to the food. Big portions, delicious home cooking made with love, and fabulous pizza. The hosts' genuine hospitality brought the whole stay together. After many years in Thailand, this is one of the best places I've stayed. I'll be back many times. Highly recommend, it deserves a sixth star.
