The room felt clean and cozy, and was very spacious, with a huge sofa by the window. I liked having the WC and shower in separate areas. It's also pet-friendly, which is a big plus. I'll definitely come back, and bring my special ones next time 😊 Thanks to Front Office staff Pimdao and Jo for making check-in smooth and clearly explaining the parking area. The only small issue was that the shower box drain was a little clogged and slow, but it didn't affect our stay much. First time here and I was impressed by the hotel and service.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including a cold pressed juicing machine, health-conscious options, and indulgent food too. The basic room was quite large and comfortable. There's a coffee shop in the lobby, and the outdoor area with fairy lights was lovely for relaxing in the evening. Elevators require keyed access. The hotel is in a quiet area, almost attached to a two-story mall with lots of food and shopping. Coffee shops and nightly performances are just outside, and the temples aren't too far by Grab. The bellman and welcoming crew were amazing every time we returned by Grab, and the front desk ladies were very kind. I'd consider staying here again if I'm in the area.

There's a long list of coffees to try at the Summer, a nice coffee shop at the hotel. Breakfast also has a good variety. Our large room had two double beds and a huge sofa by the window, where we could enjoy the night view, or turn it into an extra bed for a child or friend. The hotel is next to Central department story, handy for shopping, food, and drinks. Ayutthaya Town isn't that big, so many attractions are easy to reach. Bedroom sockets suit all plug types, which is good for international travelers.

This was my fourth visit within a year, and the hotel really feels like coming home. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the service is warm and attentive every time, and the room is comfortable, with a cool, cozy bed that makes for a restful night. Breakfast is lovely as always. Next to Central Ayutthaya, the location is so convenient. In the evening, gentle music and the beer garden make for a relaxed but refined atmosphere, a nice calm escape before the countdown. Thanks to the frront team and everyone for making each visit feel special and welcoming. I appreciate all the care and look forward to coming back ❤️🥰🎉🌈🎶

The rooms were comfortable, and having a pool was nice on hot afternoons. Our stay at Centara was lovely, with no issues, though it didn't blow us away. I'd put it at about 3.5-4 stars and recommend it for a mid-range stay.
