We were a group of 7-8, and the house worked well for us. It’s wooden and feels fresh, with full facilities in both the house and kitchen. The host was really enthusiastic. There’s a Michelin Guide restaurant nearby, about 400m away on foot. One small hassle: the electrical outlets are loose, so charging things took longer.

This wooden duplex is on the main road, and the entrance has a cute Thai-style temple, with a little fish pond and green trees alongside the house. Inside, there’s a living room and four air-conditioned bedrooms, one downstairs and three upstairs. There are also two bathrooms on the ground floor. It can fit 8-9 people, so it’s a great choice for families or groups. The place is amazing, with lovely taste in its design. Highly recommended.

We were here in March 2020, two friends and me. The owner was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay, and even kept me updated on what Thailand was doing about corona after we’d left a week earlier. The setting felt authentic, away from the tourist area, and the building and surroundings were nice. There’s also a lovely garden with a pond. I’d come back.
