The room and bathroom were both spacious, and the water pressure was strong. The hotel itself was quiet, with few people around, and there are several room types. I also saw a pretty standalone house, though I didn't ask how much it cost. We were in a ground-floor room in the back building. The old air conditioner took ages to cool the room, then got so loud that we couldn't sleep at all that night. The pillows were very high and gave us neckaches, though they might suit someone who likes high pillows. The room was dark, with lights too dim to work by. There was dog poop all over the parking lot, and we may have stepped in it because it was hard to see while parking at night. If the air conditioner weren't so noisy, people could sleep well here. I wasn't impressed.

For 400 baht, I got a clean room with strong Wi-Fi and excellent water pressure. There was a sewage smell in my room, though. I can't say if the other rooms had the same issue. If I stay again, I'll ask to switch rooms.

Parking right outside the room was convenient, and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The air conditioner made some noise late at night, then quieted down again. The room felt neither very old nor new, and the staff were polite. I stayed on November 9, 2022, and paid 400 baht, which felt like good value for an inexpensive place.

Good value for the money. I took off a star because the curtains let in too much light. Blackout curtains would help; even with the lights off, it felt like I wasn't really sleeping in the dark.

The price is cheap, but breakfast isn't included. The room was spacious and had cold air conditioning, good water pressure, and a water heater. The place may be a little old, but it was acceptable. Parking is available, though the space is quite narrow for pickup trucks.
