We'd come a long way and had several bags weighing 20 or 30 kilograms, but the security guard wouldn't open the gate for us. So we had to drag our luggage and walk into the condo building next to the swimming pool. What is the point of having a guard if that's how it goes? The landlord was the only one with a tenant, yet the tenant had to walk from the front entrance and jump into the room.

The monthly landlord is kind and friendly, checks in regularly, and gives helpful advice. My room was clean, organized, quiet, and in a good, safe location. At 5500-6000 baht a month, the comfort and location make it inexpensive. I was surprised by some reviews about room 207 and the air-conditioning cleaning charge. Tenants normally need to have the air conditioner cleaned and settle any damage before checkout, even if it's taken from the deposit. The electricity bill doesn't come until the 20th, while checkout is at the start of the month, so to be fair you have to wait for it instead of assuming they're trying to cheat you. It's good that they returned every penny. Oh, if all this is too much, just rent a luxury hotel. It's only a little over a thousand baht a night, and water, electricity, and everything else are included. Multiply that by the number of months. Rich people with foreign husbands... sigh. Even cleaning the air conditioner is a problem!
