A complete scam. There were bed bugs, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. I couldn't rest properly because of work noise right next to my room, and no one had told me it would be happening. I missed breakfast because they communicated the time poorly. No one explained how or where to get dinner, and the staff didn't speak a word of English. There was nobody at reception for over 20 minutes. They refused to discuss compensation or give me even a partial refund. The manager was arrogant and disrespectful.

The staff were really helpful and gave great service. The place is clean and a good place to stay when visiting Cha-am. It's not too far from the beach by bike, and I borrowed one from the hotel.

I spent a month in a pool-view apartment and was very happy with it. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The resort is beautiful, with palm trees, lots of open green space, and a large outdoor pool. I'd happily recommend it.

We chose Baan Phing Phu Praew for our wedding, and my wife and I would highly recommend it for a stay or an event. The setting, amenities, and friendly staff really impressed us, our family, and our friends. They supplied the wedding food, and everyone we talked to had good things to say about it. We also booked rooms for some guests, and heard only positive feedback from people who stayed or visited. It's such a peaceful resort.

The facilities at this hotel are nice. I especially loved the outdoor shower room, it felt like showering under the open sky, even when I was inside it. I do wonder why they built the shower room that way.
