I've lived here for seven years and love it. It's clean, secure, well maintained, and luxurious. The private beach has very white, clean sand and blue water, without vendors trying to sell you things like in Hua Hin. I don't have a car, but getting to nearby restaurants, massage, and markets is easy. A lot has opened up over the past year, so it's easier to get around and find places to go. Before that, there was nowhere to go and getting around was difficult. Vans can pick you up on the street for under50baht, or you can call grab or bolt. Lawson's is nearby too.

The security guard made us feel welcome and safe with their polite, professional manner. We had a wonderful stay in the 2-bedroom low-rise and loved the unit. We're already looking forward to coming back and are definitely planning another trip!

It's very quiet and relaxing, right on the beach, with a nice Baba beach club attached. The place is in Cha Am, about 260thb by Bolt from Hua Hin city centre.

The layout is nice, though the rooms are pretty small. There's a great pool and easy access to a lovely beach. I live near this condo, and it's a remote, very quiet and peaceful spot. You'll need your own transport, and the owners don't live there. Some people may enjoy the isolation.
