The setting was glorious and the service friendly, but I found the food disgusting and the beer was warm. I ordered pizza, though it barely seemed like pizza: the crust was as thin as a potato chip and had no taste, with a little tasteless sauce. The spinach on top was delicious, but the heap of cheese spoiled it. I ate a quarter and left the rest, along with the beer. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Right on Cha-am's main street, with comfortable rooms and a nice pool. The restaurant was decent, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. Good value for the money.

We enjoyed seafood and beers by the beach, then went back to the bar to wind down for the evening. The bar and restaurant look over the beach road, and the hotel is right on the beach. There are pools for swimming laps or splashing around with family. Breakfast has excellent options, it's popular with locals, and the helpful staff speak English.

The hotel is in the town center, right across the road from the beach. Its three pools are lovely, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and super quiet.

Breakfast was great, and the room itself was clean, though it smelled a little. Service was okay, but the hotel feels quite old for a four-star place. During my stay, there was noise and no water from 10-11 a.m. on checkout day because they were replacing pipes. The hotel said there'd been a communication problem with service. Maintenance should have started after guests left, but they did it while I was still there. They also put us on the floor under maintenance even though other floors were available, and the outside floor where we stayed was dusty and dirty while the others weren't. After that experience, I won't stay again.
