If weed smell bothers you, pick another hotel. And families with kids should be aware of that. The beer in the room was expired!!!!

I booked through Agoda and had a poolside room on the second floor with direct access to the saltwater pool. Parking is behind the building, reached from the next road. The WiFi kept dropping, so I ended up using mobile 5G. There’s no coffee or tea setup in the room, which cost it a star. Hot water is available in the lobby, where coffee, tea and noodles cost 20 Baht. The basic free breakfast set is served at the sister property at the end of the road.

Room 316 was quiet, and I liked that. The location is great too, about a two minute walk from the beach and bars, and the pool is a decent size. Breakfast was the big letdown: just a couple of sausages, an egg and toast, so I went elsewhere and paid for a meal. I also wasn't comfortable with pets being allowed in the rooms. It didn't seem clean or hygienic to me, so I won't return. If dogs don't bother you, you may be fine with it.
