I had to ask for a refund, and I feel bad because the staff were kind and understanding. The hotel is on a bar street, with loud music going all day and night. If I were single and into partying and bar girls, it might suit me. It isn't a good fit for families or anyone who needs sleep.

It's very close to the beach, and the staff are so helpful. A kind, friendly man on the night shift looked up transport information for us for the next day. I'm really grateful for the great service.

Bars and food stalls are right on the same street, and the beach is super close. My room was great for the price, with air conditioning, TV, WiFi and a comfortable bed. Thank you 😁

The bar street outside can get noisy at night, as other reviews say. I knew that going in, and it didn't put me off. I use white noise on my laptop wherever I stay, though this time I had to turn it all the way up. Still slept great and would come back. The location is lovely, half a block from the beach, and the staff are friendly. My room had a fridge and there was hot water for coffee. There was also a little balcony with comfortable plastic chairs, and the bed was the comfiest I've found in Thailand.

The rooms are simple but have what you need: a double bed, AC, ensuite bathroom and balcony. Staff on both day and night shifts were amazing, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. You're in "Bar Street", just 50 yards from the beach, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Probably the best value hotel in the Hua Hin/ Cha-Am area. I'd highly recommend it and will definitely stay again. Cheers 🍺
