Hua Hin Beach Front Baan San Kraam

I like this place.

The setting is peaceful and quiet, just right for relaxing. There are guards at both entrances and at the beach gate, so security felt very good. The swimming pool is large, with ocean views, and the walkways run between clear blue pools. Everywhere seemed like a great photo spot, especially in the evening. We got a polite, friendly welcome and excellent service. The entrance road is a bit rough, but I wasn’t disappointed once we arrived. If you want somewhere to chill, I recommend it. There are lots of shops nearby, so it’s a good idea to pick up food along the way.

I can’t recommend this place. The corridors to the apartments are very dark, and the utility room doors are all left open. The pool area surface is in especially bad shape, and the complex as a whole feels neglected, like its better days are behind it. The service staff were inflexible and needed reminders about everything. All in all, it felt unpleasant and unprofessional. It’s a real shame. I’ve never had an experience like this in Thailand.

A quiet, spacious place where I could relax. I liked having several swimming pools, and they were well maintained. The security system was good, the cleaners were attentive, and the guards were lovely.
