We loved having the koi pond right outside our door, with birds and butterflies around. Breakfast was a delicious rice soup, and coffee and tea were free. The staff let us borrow bikes every day at no cost and cleaned the room daily. The place was spotless, and the family and staff were friendly and easygoing. It’s a lovely, calm, green guesthouse run in a traditional Thai family style, with friendly staff and guests and lots of regulars. I’d happily stay here again if I come back to Cha Am 🥰✨🎉

We could see the sea from this B&B, and there are restaurants nearby. Happy pizza is just a short walk away. The place is on a wide street, and it’s close to the water. Everyone was welcoming. Our room had a lovely oriental-style ceiling, a good amount of space, and a nice bathroom with a rain shower.

We had rooms for the whole family, and they were all good. The place was very clean, conveniently close to the beach and food stalls, and good value. The owners were on site, friendly, kind, attentive, and well organized. Service was amazing. Definitely recommended!

Just 50m from the beach, with clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
