Sand Beach at Cha Am has great views and direct access to Cha Am beach near Hua Hin. The beach is fairly well maintained, and the condo team is friendly. There’s also a decent-sized pool.

Plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself is large and nicely designed, up on the 17th floor, with an impressive view of the sea.

The balcony had a beautiful sea view day and night, and the place felt very private. Inside, the room smelled nice and was clean, with complete kitchen utensils and a large, very soft bed. I’d definitely stay again if I get the chance.

You can watch the sky and sea and catch the sunrise from high up, with a panoramic view. The sound of the waves and wind is always there, and it makes the stay feel truly relaxing. There’s a quiet, safe private beach, and the place is private too. It’s fully equipped, including the kitchen, so just bring your clothes and take the happy memories home 😎👍

We stayed for four weeks and felt right at home. The owner dealt with all our requests quickly. There’s lots of space on the 17th floor, with a fantastic sea view, especially at sunrise and sunset. The beach is great for long walks, and the water is pleasantly warm. A perfect stay!
