The rooms are modern and nice, and the cafe makes amazing smoothies. Having both a beach and a pool is lovely. We stayed five days, but by 9 a.m. people had already claimed the loungers with towels, and there were none left for us. For such a large hotel, they need more loungers, especially in high season, since there's plenty of room for them. Our floor was a bit dirty when we arrived, though they sorted it out. The bed was very hard, which is common in Thailand, and it cost the place a star for me. I ended up sleeping on the large couch, which was comfortable, but I shouldn't have had to. Comfortable beds can be hard to find in Thailand, so I wanted to mention it. For the price, it's a great place. There are many jellyfish in the sea here, though that's separate from my review. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Breakfast is good, food and drinks are reasonably priced, and housekeeping does a good job. The hotel is clean and well maintained, right by the sea in a quiet part of Cha-Am. Having your own transport is a good idea for getting around. A few things need attention: the bar and restaurant close at 7 p.m. and stop taking orders at 6:30. Parking is too cramped, and breakfast tables aren't cleared quickly. The shower spray and hose are inadequate, the hair dryer heats up quickly and needs time to cool, and tea and coffee in the room aren't replenished.

Breakfast by the sea was a special treat, and the food was excellent. The beach is easy to reach, with lively, relaxing nature all around. It's a beautiful place with a great atmosphere and food, and the staff were so kind and welcoming. I'd love to return.

The food took longer than it should have. I waited 50 minutes for fried rice. Still, it was a nice resort, with modern, clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. Beer was cheap, and breakfast was pretty good.

It looks lovely, has good views, and feels comfortable and well maintained. But the small restaurant was a real letdown. It closes at 7, so you'll need to go elsewhere for dinner, and the wine selection is very limited. Breakfast was so poor for European guests that none of us finished our food. It's hard to get breakfast wrong, which says a lot.
