I'm renting one of the townhouse units. It's quiet and very clean, and the property manager is on site. The pool gets serviced every week or more often. It costs more than many nearby places, but it feels clean and safe here.

A nice, decent holiday spot on the south end of Cha Am beach. It's a longer walk to the center of the beach from here. There's a similar complex on the north side, which gets you to the center sooner. Everything is relatively... It's a short walk to 7even eleven.

We've stayed at Thai Paradis South several times, always in 255/27. That apartment is modern and really nice, with three lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, and that's one reason we keep choosing it. It's close to the beach, and there are water parks for the kids nearby that are cheap and good 🌸🇹🇭😍
