OYO 428 Pha Mansion (Vaccinated Staff)

I was sick and slept like a baby 😉 The room was good for the price, and the staff were welcoming and smiling.

For a short stopover, it was okay for the price, especially given the usual prices in this area. The place has been renovated from a monthly rental mansion into a daily hotel. The bathrooms look nice and newly renovated, though some fixtures are damaged. If you're used to higher-standard accommodation, you may find it doesn't quite meet your expectations.

The owner said Aff had sold me a cheap rate, so I had to pay the difference per room to match the hotel's selling price. When I asked for a refund, the customer was told to get it themselves because they hadn't paid the hotel, and then the owner closed the window. The elderly woman who owns the hotel spoke in a very bad tone and used bad language. They wouldn't let me stay unless I paid more than the price at the counter. The service was terrible. If you're planning to stay here, be prepared for this.

It’s really upsetting to book a room listed online and then be asked for more money. When we arrived, the owner said the website price didn't match our room and told us to cancel the booking and pay in person. Why advertise there if you're going to charge extra? I'm not an expert on money, but they wouldn't let us into the room and told us to cancel the reservation.
