The apartment itself was fine, with an equipped kitchen, a large fridge, a spacious comfortable bed, a pleasant bathroom, and an automatic washing machine. The service agency, though, was absolutely tragic. There was just one key, locked with a padlock instead of attached to a ring. It meant that if one of us went out, the other couldn’t get into the building without the entrance chip. Or you could lock your partner inside, but then they’d have no air conditioning because the AC card was locked with the key. I asked the agency for a second key and they promised it the next day, but I never heard back before the stay ended. There was also a required 1000 baht deposit that Booking doesn’t mention anywhere. The listing calls the apartment a Suite with pool access, but forget that. There’s a door to the pool from the small balcony, but no way through from behind, so you have to go all the way around the building. Registrace ubytování

The location is fine, near the beach and shops, and there are plenty of bars in the soi if you’re looking for fun. The apartment is okay, big, and has everything. Otherwise, it gets really noisy at night from loud music.

The apartments work well and the staff are amazing. It’s a wonderful spot near the market, beach, and bars, so there’s something for everyone.

There are lots of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and Jomtien beach is only a few hundred meters away. The location is very central. Platform has two pools, including one on the rooftop with a great beach view, perfect for watching the sunset. There are many apartment types for sale or rent at good value, and you can even buy one with your own poll at the rooftop. Definitely a place to visit if you’re looking to rent or buy.

Every night until 12 o’clock, an orchestra plays live at a bar across the street, and it gets very noisy. After they finish, drunk people shout.
