There’s a small market nearby where you can get food and drinks, and Terminal 21 was expected to open soon and bring something extra to the neighborhood. The hotel is in a somewhat quieter part of Pattaya, with good rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view. I did miss having a breakfast buffet.

The location is great, and some rooms look out over the beach. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture, fixtures, room service and internet all badly need upgrades. The room price reflects the condition. Summerspring hotel still has CRT TVs, which show its age, and the internet is terrible.

I haven’t been there, but it’s been closed since COVID started. They began renovating everything a few days ago, and hopefully it’ll reopen for high season. The location is the big draw, with a rooftop swimming pool overlooking all of Pattaya Bay.

The rooms are in good condition, and what you get is worth the price. Only a limited number have an unobstructed sea view.

2/10
The room was acceptable, though the TV and bathtub felt outdated. The hotel was empty, and there are plenty of other places at half the price right in central Pattaya. This one is far from restaurants and entertainment.
