The parking area is just sand, so you track it into the room with your luggage. The stair handrail is broken, and water runs into the bathroom through the ventilator. For 400฿ there's no hot shower, and it's 500฿ for AC and a hot shower. At this quality, that feels like too much, since I've found better places for 350. If you're tired and don't feel like looking around, it's okay, but there are plenty of better choices for this price. I didn't see the more expensive rooms. You can see in my pictures that the place is uncomfortable and dangerous too.

The room was clean and nice, and the price was cheap. There's a school nearby, and its loudspeaker goes off around 8:00am for 10-15 min.
