The service made the biggest impression on me. Everyone was warm, polite, attentive, and clearly cared about making guests comfortable. The setting also gave us both convenience and a peaceful feel, which worked well for relaxing or exploring Phuket. I spent a full week here, and the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully put together, spotless on arrival, and kept that way by consistently excellent housekeeping. Meals were fresh and flavorful, with plenty of choice, and the quality and presentation were steady throughout. From the professional, thoughtful welcome onward, everything felt carefully handled. Accommodation, dining, service, and location all came together so well. I’d happily recommend the hotel and hope to return.

We ended up hanging around the hotel more than planned because it was such a nice place to be. It felt like a quiet little retreat on the hill, away from Phuket’s mass tourism rush, and the sunset view was amazing. The hotel was peaceful, easy to reach by transport, and good value for the price. Our room was clean and nicely arranged, the food and desserts were great, and prices for food compared well with other hotels and tourist restaurants. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly. We had no downsides ourselves, though I saw reviews from people who found it hard to communicate with staff. When visiting another country, I think it takes at least a little effort and patience to understand local people and their culture. The hill could make getting around harder for anyone with mobility issues unless they have transport. Patong itself isn’t really walkable, so you’d need a car or scooter anyway. It’s a boutique hotel with a different feel from a huge resort, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were among the biggest we’ve stayed in, with plenty of room for our suitcases, and the staff were SUPER friendly. Breakfast was a semi buffet with fruit, pastries, cereals, and cold meats, plus an à la carte menu for the rest. Room service was the one annoyance. For two days running we got back after 16:00 and the room still hadn’t been serviced. We just did it ourselves, so it wasn’t a big issue.

We really liked the hotel’s vibe and our suite, especially the mountain view. The bathroom was huge, the staff were nice, and the food was tasty. The mango sticky rice was a favorite.
