Nook was a wonderful host, beautiful and so welcoming. She answered our call, greeted us, and took time to answer all our questions. In the morning she made fresh Thai bean coffee. The aircon was cold and the shower was hot.

The place was clean and relaxing, and I stayed one night before heading to the Suan Mokkh retreat. Getting to the monastery for 6 am is nearly impossible unless you arrange transport ahead of time. I hadn't, and ended up walking along the highway in pitch black without a torch, so I wouldn't recommend staying here for the retreat.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable. WiFi didn't reach my first room, so I upgraded and got good reception.
