The room was quiet, everything worked properly, and the bed was clean and comfortable. We slept very well, which is the main thing I want from a hotel. The choice of colors, or really the lack of color, wasn’t to my taste. But once your eyes are closed, who cares? We can fully recommend the hotel. It’s good value and very reasonably priced.

I really don’t understand how these hotels get such high ratings. It feels like the generation managing them now has lost the attention to detail. I also felt like I was in prison, with rules about what you can and can’t do. Booking websites are an absolute scam too. They push you to pay more for a higher room and all sorts of add-ons, but you’re just wasting money for the same room.

Despite what I’d read in other reviews, I actually liked the place. Check-in was quick, the service was good, and the bed was really big and comfortable. I strongly recommend getting an upgraded room, since it’s much better than the standard one.

Great location, clean room, and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was coffee, tea, and croissants. The one downside is that rain hitting the roof can get quite loud.

After checking out a few hotels, this was the best deal in Chaiyaphum. It has a minimalist concrete-and-steel look and helpful staff. There’s a washing machine, plus an ironing board, which came in handy when I had to iron for the first time in decades.
