B Apartment

I’ve been here nearly two months, and it’s been superb. The receptionist is so kind and always finds a solution when I rarely have a problem. She goes out of her way to make guests happy. I couldn’t find a particular kind of food, so she ordered it to the hotel for me. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out at one point, but after I told her, she had a new router installed within a couple of days. There are now two Wi-Fi options on my floor. The cleaner is lovely too. I’m training all day and go out to eat when I have time, so my room is usually messy. Twice a week, I come back to find it fresh again, with two clean towels each time and a case of bottled water every week. In my opinion, no other hotel would give this kind of service.
