A scooter is a good idea since this quiet neighborhood is a bit far from everything. For us, though, the location and price worked perfectly. The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet, the staff were very friendly, and our room was cleaned every day. We'd definitely come back!

The “balcony” was only a 1*1 m space, with the AC air outlet there, so it was impossible to stand on it while the AC was running. The AC barely worked and couldn't cool the room enough during the day. When we complained, the owner wasn't pleasant and denied there was a problem. We checked out a day early and got no refund. There's no 24 hours desk service, despite the booking description, and the view in the pictures is photoshopped.

We stayed in room 3B. There's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs, but the room key has an alarm system, which felt safe. The room was great for 650 THB: clean, with a soft bed, warm blankets, a wardrobe, a 5-foot bed, water heater, air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, and a small balcony at the back. Shampoo, soap, a shower cap, and cotton swabs were provided. The location is convenient, with a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the soi (alley). The entrance is a narrow road, but cars can get through. The rooms are further inside the soi, with food stalls along the way.

The owner was a very kind elderly gentleman. I stayed with a friend, and we both loved it. The rooms were clean and, above all, really affordable.
