Cocoville Phuket Resort

I've stayed here lots of times, and each visit has been just as wonderful as the one before. The Soi has become much busier, but you'd never guess once you step into Cocoville. The noise falls away and it feels like paradise. The pools are clean and well cared for, the rooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi is great, and the food is brilliant. The staff are lovely and accommodating. I can't fault the place.

I keep coming back whenever I’m in the area. It feels like a home away from home, tucked just off the Soi where it’s quiet but still close to everything. The tropical feel, good coffee and food, and especially the lovely staff make it easy to settle in. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the TVs have Netflix, and the laundry service is quick and handy.

The cafe was a big part of why I enjoyed my stay. I ate there every day, and the menu had plenty of choice with fresh, tasty food. My room was spacious, and the pool was a nice place to unwind. The hotel sits right in the centre of the Soi but back from the main street, so it stays peaceful. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I’d happily recommend it.

I felt at home here, and I’d definitely come back. Philip, one of the owners, was such a likable gentleman and made me feel welcome. The restaurant was another highlight: I ate there several times, enjoyed every meal, and the staff gave me helpful menu suggestions with a smile. My room, 204, was clean and comfortable, with a mattress I liked and hot water in the shower whenever I needed it. Lena at the front desk greeted me when I arrived, explained everything clearly, and was professional throughout. The grounds were immaculate, and the staff kept everything in order. If you need extra time before leaving, you can request a late checkout. They also have somewhere to leave your luggage after checkout if you have an evening flight.
