Dent Station Resident

I’m really nervous about dentists, and I’d walked out of two other appointments in Thailand before this, ha ha. I booked a clean and polish here, and the dentist, who owns the place, was such a kind woman. The machine noise is hard for me, so she talked me through the procedure and used a different cleaning machine. She understood how I felt and made me comfortable enough to get through it. I got the sense she truly cares about her patients. Thanks a million, I’d absolutely come back.

I went in for scaling and cleaning, and was pleased with the whole experience. I had a badly chipped front tooth that had already been crowned, and the dentist said he could repair it and match the color right then. The procedure went smoothly, and he kept checking that I was comfortable. Everyone was professional and courteous, from the dentist and dental assistant to reception. The receptionist spoke very good English and communicated clearly. Very happy with the service, highly recommended.

A decent place for a training stay at a reasonable price. It’s right by fighter street, with a 7-11 and family mart downstairs, and the gym is within walking distance. The staff were nice, and having both a washing machine and dryer was useful. The sheets and towels could be cleaner. My balcony room faced close to the street, so it was dusty and noisy when cars went by. There wasn’t a hair dryer.

I spent two weeks here while training in Chalong for three months and staying at different places. This was one of the better ones. It’s very clean, with room service every day, and the rooms are fairly large. The small window does make them quite dark, though, and the mattresses are hard as a rock. If you can sleep on a very firm bed, it’s a great place.
