We were on the third floor at the back, and had a clean room with a big bed, good aircon, the basic amenities, and staff nearby if we needed help. The location worked well for us, away from Phuket’s craziness but just a stroll from fitness street. Hiring a bike was easy, and the pool was a nice extra. We liked the balcony too, though the heat meant we couldn’t sit out for long. We accidentally left our passport at reception when heading to the pier for our next boat. The reception staff were amazing about it. We messaged them on WhatsApp, and within 20 minutes the passport was brought to us on a grab. A real life saver, thank you 😊

The street was extremely noisy, so I’d be careful when booking and would strongly recommend avoiding the street-view rooms. We arrived and quickly felt misled by the photos. It was technically the same room, but the pictures gave us a very different impression, and we felt completely catfished. We decided to leave. They offered an upgrade, but we’d already found somewhere better. We stayed only about two hours while looking for new accommodation, but they still refused to refund us for the 7 days we had booked. That’s a big part of a holiday, and we just wanted to enjoy our trip. Not getting a refund when the room didn’t match the listing left us very disappointed. I wouldn’t book here again.

The pool is stunning and usually so quiet that it feels like you have it to yourself. We stayed in November, and found the Chalong area convenient, the hotel clean, and the staff really nice. The main road is right there, though, so passing cars and scooters can get a bit loud.

A great find, with really friendly staff and comfy rooms. There’s laundry right next door. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was big and clean, and there are convenience stores, laundry, and restaurants all around. It’s right on the street. Parking is around the building, with no roof, and there’s a 500 baht key deposit.
