The location felt ideal and safe, and everything inside was very clean and comfortable, from the rooms to the shared areas. Staff can prepare meals and do a lovely job. One of them even showed our children how to cut fruit decoratively, which they really enjoyed.

We had such a special time as a group, and the villa itself is beautiful. The staff were warm and wonderful, and they were happy to help with anything. Management also handled our questions and bookings quickly and helpfully. Thank you so much for looking after us.

The only hard part was having to leave. We loved the scenery from the pool, and the sound system let us play whatever music we wanted. The villa was close enough to downtown for nights out, with Big Buddha just a short distance away. Our breakfast was made exactly as requested, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Every room was spacious, spotless, and gave our large group of friends the privacy we needed. Villa Nap Dau Crown was wonderful, and we’d love to return. Special thanks to our gracious host!

The security was good, and the staff kept the place tidy. But the air conditioning was broken, there was no hot water in most rooms, and we felt we’d been scammed over the pool towels.

Loved staying here. The host and staff were great, and I don’t have anything negative to say.
