The place is in very poor shape, with bad finishing and furniture. Doors were broken and felt unsafe, and the house was rotting and covered in moss. The air conditioning cooled the room but leaked water. A bathroom leak was serviced after three days, yet it was still broken. There was no garbage cleaning or room service, and they charge 1,000 baht per day if you request it. I was charged another 3,000 baht to extend checkout by four hours. The pool was disgusting and uncleaned, and neither the jacuzzi nor the water pump worked. There was no privacy, with cameras everywhere, even inside the house. The only good thing was being allowed to smoke inside.

Terrible service. A male employee cursed at me when I called to ask about accommodation. How can someone work with customers or run a business if they’re not ready for that? If they aren’t ready, they should just close.

I was really impressed by the excellent service. The place felt private, peaceful, and comfortable, while still being close to tourist attractions. It’s a great spot, and I’d like to come back.
