The room was large and spacious, with all the essentials. The reception asked for a 200TBH deposit for the key card and gave us a laminated list of everything in the room with its damage cost. That felt odd compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. We did spot a little lizard near the bed, but the older cleaning uncle took care of it and gave good service. Five stars for him, three for reception.

We spent 10 days here, and Pond, Wan, and A were so welcoming and ready to help. When I got sick, Wan suggested a hospital and nearby places to eat. On our first day, my suitcase had gone missing from the flight, and A gave me a bottle of water. The room was clean, and the cat was friendly. We liked the pool and its sun beds for tanning. The gym equipment was good enough, although it was too hot in the room. We had a great stay.

The beds are on the firm side, though I got used to them quickly. Chalong is a good choice if you’d rather avoid the busy tourist areas, and I’d recommend this hotel there. The staff are great, the service is solid, and the rooms are clean. Just note that both the nearest 7/11 and the bus stop are about a 12-minute walk away.

We loved the outdoor pool, and our room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated that they cleaned every day. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

The rooms were clean, the pool was kept in good condition, and the staff were kind and helpful even with things beyond the hotel. The only small snag was squeaky door hinges that could use some oil, but we forgot to mention it to anyone.
