Vipa House Phuket

Mr Sam is a real gem. He was friendly and proactive, checked that I was comfortable, and would offer me bottled water when I got back in the heat. He even shared his chocolate with me. Thanks, Sam, for all the care and help. I’ll remember your kindness and choose Vipa House again if I’m in Chalong, Phuket. Best wishes to you and the team. I spent nine pleasant days there. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and peaceful, with a balcony to relax on. It had all the amenities I could ask for in a guest house, including wardrobes, a study table, a fridge, and a vanity table. There’s a supermarket nearby and the location is convenient.

It’s clean and quiet, and the big bed is very comfortable. This is one of the few places that’s fairly priced, especially in high season. I had plenty of requests and wasn’t the easiest guest, but Sam helped me every time and always checked in to make sure things were okay when we saw each other.

The only good part of my stay was the cleaning staff. The women were always kind, polite, and professional. Staying here for a longer time was uncomfortable. The furniture is very old, and the place feels dated overall. The receptionist, Sam, acted immaturely and unprofessionally. He was moody and impatient, and behaved as though he were running a five-star hotel, which he isn’t. His WhatsApp messages were especially rude, so I strongly recommend not sharing your personal number.

Sam, the receptionist, is a good soul and was very helpful. He helped us in several ways and was always warm and smiling. We stayed for only three nights because of the service; otherwise, we would have moved out.
