For 350 bath a night, this is a simple, clean, affordable mini house with a friendly owner. The room had fast internet, cold air conditioning, good ventilation, plenty of hot water with steady pressure, and a small refrigerator. There were two complimentary waters, two large soft towels plus a floor towel, a firm full-size bed with pillows, a soft blanket, blackout curtains, and two wall plugs. There's also a clothes rack outside and motorbike parking between each unit. It's a quiet area, I slept well, and there were no mosquitoes. About 5 minutes to highway #3 and a 60-minute drive to the ferry pier to Koh Chang. Happy travels. If this review helped, please give it a 👍

The good points are a clean place, hot shower, fast internet, and a couple of nice dishes cooked onsite by the owner. But it's very far from the city, and you'd need to find someone to get around. The onsite food and drink options don't give you much to choose from. The big chain and lock on the door made it feel like a prison to me, and seemed very disrespectful. I didn't like that.

It's too far out unless you have a car or scooter. The place is really showing its age, with lots of rust, and the tiny buildings need power washing.
