The room was generally clean, but at this price it felt like poor value. Ours was an older one, with a mattress almost as hard as wood, a noisy air conditioner that kept us awake, and curtains too thin to block the light. The furniture was old and very cheap-looking, possibly second hand, and the decor was tacky. The wet room fixtures were worn out too. It's a quirky, untidy resort outside the city, and the staff weren't very helpful.

The parents were really kind and spoke pleasantly, which left me impressed. I was a little nervous at first since I'd never been here, but after staying, I felt it was worth the price.

For 500 baht a night, I thought it was good value. The room was clean, and during my two-night stay they changed the bedsheets on both nights. Coffee and toast were available at the counter in the morning. The air conditioning was cold, the TV was good, and the refrigerator had everything you'd need for that price. Parking was convenient, and the place wasn't too far from the city center. Food was easy to find nearby: turn right out of the room and there's a 7-11, Lotus, and Mr. D.I.Y.

The room was old and dirty, and there was a smell in the bathroom. The mattress sagged, creaked whenever I turned over, and was annoying to sleep on. The air conditioner was very old and didn't work, and its remote wouldn't adjust the settings. This was my first and last stay here. At this price, I'd look for somewhere else.
