We arrived after midnight and asked for a short extension, but staff kept knocking even after I requested a few more minutes. I offered to pay and was charged 2,090 THB for two extra hours. The policy wasn’t clear, and the whole thing felt forced and unfair. Clearer explanations and better timing would have helped. As it happened, it was frustrating and stressful, and felt like a rip off.

I sometimes come here just to get some peace away from Chanthabur city. It’s a really lovely, quiet hotel, and there’s usually a nice evening breeze off the river. The pool was re-tiled in late 2025 and is better than it was before.

The walls are so thin that we could hear the people next door talking on the phone and watching TV, which was really annoying. That’s a shame, because the hotel is otherwise great. The river view is beautiful, the location is great, and our room was comfortable and clean, with an amazingly soft bed.

The river view is beautiful, and the pool is very nice. I wasn’t keen on the American breakfast. It’s much like what I’ve had at 100 other hotels in Thailand: white bread, fried eggs, hotdogs they call sausage, a little salad with mayo dressing, fruit and orange juice.

The rooms are good, and everything was in good order, parking included. I could relax beside the pool and enjoy the beautiful view across it to the river. Great hotel. I’d recommend it, though breakfast could use more choices.
