My room had a strong damp, musty smell, like wet dog fur. I told reception, but the man working there was slow to respond. They’d mopped with a dirty mop at first, then mopped again and the room was fine. Still, we had to leave and give them a few extra hours to finish cleaning it.

It’s a basic hotel rather than a luxurious one, but the building looks new and clean, and the housekeeper does a good job. The room was clean, with cool air conditioning, a warm blanket, an okay pillow, working hot water, and strong water pressure. There’s a small fridge, but no lift. Breakfast is just biscuits, Ovaltine, and coffee. A water dispenser, kettle, and microwave are available to use around the clock. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the center, down an alley around 400 meters long, so having a car is best.

The people here were so kind. We accidentally left a bag of our daughter’s toys behind, and the hotel sent it to our address with Kerry express service. When I tried to reimburse them, they wouldn’t accept the money. We really appreciate how thoughtful that was. ❤️🙏 The rooms are very cosy and comfortable, and there’s free coffee and some food in the morning.

The building is clean and new, and the service is good. The air conditioning system seems poorly designed, though. Also, staff use a utility that customers have used, which doesn’t seem suitable.
