At Home Chiang Dao

The little bungalows beside the stream were perfect, and there were awesome views all around. The owners were very kind. I had a wonderful three-night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, which was the highlight of our Chiang Dao trip. The well-built bungalows are nicely maintained, set in a quiet, beautiful garden well away from the road. The owner's sister, who looks after the resort, is very friendly, and the owner is responsible and helpful.

I wish I could have stayed longer. The place is peaceful, with local restaurants within walking distance, and you can rent a moped or e-bike from the little bar nearby. The sunset view over the Chiang Dao mountain range is stunning. The retired owner auntie greeted us at check-in. Her different bungalows are spaced apart for privacy, each with its own small garden. She has planted all kinds of flowers and trees, making the atmosphere really pleasant. I’ve fallen in love with this place ✨ and highly recommend it if you’re visiting Chiang Dao.

The owner is absolutely lovely. She lived in Belgium for a few years, where she learned to bake sourdough, and she speaks French fluently. The breakfast was all delicious, homemade food: freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee, sourdough bread, and different jams. They also serve Thai dishes, so I recommend stopping by for a meal.
