If you like being surrounded by nature, this older resort has a real jungle feel. The trees and plants seem to grow naturally around the grounds, which have been fitted into the jungle so well. It’s hard to imagine a better place for that kind of stay. My only reason for giving four stars is that it’s a little far from the city center.

The staff were professional when I checked in, and the food was good and reasonably priced. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Set back far enough from the road, the place was quiet, with only nature sounds. It’s a really distinctive setting and stay.

I was on a motor tour and really enjoyed stopping here for the night. The setting is special, like sleeping in a well-kept jungle park beside a small river. Staff were friendly and helpful, and both dinner and breakfast were fine. The restaurant itself is a beautiful place to sit. My room was fairly simple, but the bed was very comfortable, the linen was fresh and good quality, the shower was nice and hot, and WiFi was okay. In the morning I loved feeding the fish from my balcony. Thanks!

After a tough bike ride, this was a lovely place to spend the afternoon and evening. The room was spacious and well equipped, and everyone at reception and in the restaurant was friendly and professional. The food was fresh and delicious. It would be a great spot for a long weekend away.

There’s lots of lovely scenery and nature here, plus a pool. The staff were warm and very kind, and the lunch and dinner from the menu were actually good. Great resort, and I’d highly recommend staying.
