The air-conditioned rooms are on the ground floor by the counter, with a water heater, and cost 300, 350, or 400 baht. Upstairs, the fan rooms have private bathrooms and are perfectly livable. The 150 baht option has older walls and a 6-foot bed; for 200 baht you get newer walls, an exhaust fan, and twin beds. We’d suggest the 200 baht room. The stairs look like they belong to an old house, and the outside can seem dark and abandoned, but people rent rooms here by the month, so it isn’t deserted or haunted. We didn’t stay, just asked about the prices. The elderly owner can look a little gloomy, but he’s friendly, always smiling and greeting people. Don’t be put off by the appearance, there are no ghosts here. The rest of the place isn’t that old.

The rooms are inexpensive and feel safe and clean. A fan room with its own bathroom is 150 THB, while air-conditioned rooms cost 350-400 THB.
