The entrance road is a bit rough, but I had a good stay. The manager was really kind, and the rooms were good value for the money.

There are just four rooms here, three small ones and one large one, run as a family business without staff. I stayed in a small room on January 14, 2018. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with a working PSI satellite box, a fridge, kettle, and water heater. It was 18°C that day, and the water didn’t get very warm, so I had to keep the flow slow. The room was clean. In the morning it was foggy all around and cool and comfortable, hardly worth switching on the air conditioner. You really need a car, since the entrance is a dirt road about 200 meters long.

There’s handy parking, and the place is about 3 kilometers from Chiang Khan, close to Phu Thok, with a view of the mountain peak. The rooms have what you need. It’s peaceful with a nice atmosphere for a relaxing break, and I highly recommend it.
