The location is good, and the room was okay, pretty nice. If you find the bed hard, they can provide an extra top mattress, which they did offer. It’s a great little hotel with friendly, professional, helpful staff and air conditioning.

The location is good, and the staff are okay, though they weren’t very helpful. The pool has only a few chairs, and they were almost always taken. I asked for a smaller pillow because the ones there were so puffy and the bed was so hard that my back hurt the whole time, but they had no other kinds. Worst of all, the room smelled really bad the entire stay.

I was really pleased with my stay at this pleasant hotel, which was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and the staff nice. The downsides were street noise, only one card for the room, and weak shower pressure, perhaps because we were on the third floor.

Checking out early wasn’t possible because reception had no staff there. That was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The room was damp and smelled bad, and the hotel kept our deposit, then falsely said we’d taken the TV remote even though we never used the TV.

The room was clean, and the receptionists on both the day and night shifts were helpful. If you want to stay near Wat Phra Singh and the Sunday night market, this is the place.
