We picked this basic hotel for its spot in the middle of walking street. We came on a Friday and got a room without booking ahead; parking was available off site, around the corner. Our room was small and plain, with an okay bed and a tiny shower and toilet. It was two rooms back from the front, so there was no river view. The old air conditioner worked, though its vents were broken. They left two bottles of water, but no tea or coffee. The TV was especially disappointing: an old model, maybe 25 years old, with a broken screen. They didn't mention that when showing us the room. Noise from upstairs carried through, and it could get quite loud at night. Breakfast in the morning was basic. You stay here for the walking street location, and despite the disappointing room, we only used it to sleep. The location is great, like the other hotels along walking street.

We had a basic room for 10 people, but it was cheap. The view of the Mekong was amazing, and our balcony was only a few feet from the riverbank.
Room #9 is one to avoid if you have a choice. It's like a cellar, humid, with a creaky bed and a ceiling so low it suits people under 160 cm. There is a Mekong view if you step outside, at least.
The staff were amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, and Coco-making facilities are downstairs. A lovely place to stay, with beautiful views.
A very good hotel with a view of the river.
