The air conditioning worked well and the mattress was good. The rooms did smell a bit musty, and breakfast was limited to instant coffee. This is a modest, inexpensive hotel a couple of kilometers from Walking Street, though it’s an easy tuk tuk ride. There’s only a small amount of covered parking. If you’re fine staying outside the main tourist area, it’s a good budget option.

The place was very clean, with convenient parking, and the owner’s family were kind, humble, and helpful. He was fair and loved pets. We stayed in rooms 213/214 on 5th November 2023. Thanks so much, we really appreciated it, and we’ll definitely come back if you see this review :)

Those appealing photos set my expectations too high. The rooms are run down, and with no maid service there was no fresh water or soap, and nothing was cleaned. It’s too far from Chiang Khan unless you have a car. Very disappointing.
