Since it’s tucked away on a side street, it’s very quiet, but still close to all the activity. Highly recommended! This is a great little motel in Chiang Khan, with clean rooms, fresh white linen, and everything working. A basic room cost 500baht. Some photos show poolvillas, but those are across the road. They have the same owner and are a higher-end room type. I don’t know the price.
Reception is friendly, and on check-in day they send a message through your booking platform to remind you about reception hours. There’s also a nice cat who hangs out there. 4.9/5 stars for this. It’s a pleasant new place with a modern style and good value. The room is basic but has a mini fridge, kettle, TV, coffee, cups, and the rest. It’s around a ten-minute walk from walking street in a relaxed part of town. Chiang Khan is small, so the shops and cafes aren’t really far away.
A newer hotel with a nice layout, and everything was clean. The price makes sense for being a ways from walking street. A bit more shade, covered parking, and character would improve it. If you don’t mind the distance from walking street, it’s an excellent deal.
The price is really good. Could use a bit more shade over the parking, though 😃
