Really cheap and cozy, though it's quite a way out of town.

We booked only half an hour before arriving from the border crossing, since we weren't sure we'd get there in time. Even with the late booking, they were expecting us, and check-in and payment were simple. Just remember to bring Thai baht. The room was large, with clean sheets and nice towels, much appreciated after long travel days. Lovely people, and they arranged a tuk tuk to the bus station for us.

We stayed the night before crossing the Laos 🇱🇦 border. The rooms were comfortable and it's a nice place. There's a really good duck restaurant just across the main road.
