Siyada Villa was a good fit for us in terms of price and location, and the host and team were warm and welcoming. We liked the villa-style setup. The rooms do need some attention, though: parts of the cleaning felt neglected, and upkeep didn’t quite match what we expected from the listing. A solid choice if value and friendly service matter most, as long as you’re not expecting everything to be polished.

Such a charming little hotel. It’s nice having a kitchen of its own, and there are thoughtful little touches throughout. I’ll definitely be back.

One of my best stays in koh samui. The pool and yellow the cat were lovely extras. I’d definitely stay again.

The welcome was especially thoughtful: there was a delicious fruit plate waiting when I arrived, and the whole experience felt great. The two-bedroom rental was spotless and very good value. It’s in a peaceful spot but still close to everything. I also appreciated being able to rent brand new scooters on site for very reasonable prices. The shared pool was clean and refreshing. Highly recommend!
