We come back for a few weeks at a time, and have stayed here twice. It's right across from Hong Thong Muay Thai gym, which is the main reason we choose it. Getting around is convenient too, with the apartment close to central Chiang Mai and not far from the airport. The place feels new, clean, and carefully set up, and it's comfortable for a longer stay. The owners are warm, quick to respond, and clearly take pride in looking after their guests. You can feel that personal touch in the service.

I stayed for a week while training at Hong Thong Muay Thai across the street, and I'd definitely come back. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit in the sun and listen to the birds. Inside, the room was clean and had what I needed. The front desk was also really accommodating when I unexpectedly checked in late. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff treated me really well, and the room was great for the price, one of the best deals I've seen in Chiang Ma. It's close to restaurants and 7/11 too. Great room, great people, a place worth coming to.

The room was spacious, clean, and very private, with a fridge and balcony. They also serviced it every day. Just keep in mind it's a 12-15 minute scooter ride to the old town.

It's peaceful here, a nice little retreat on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, and the views from the 3rd floor rooms are lovely. The staff are always smiling and welcoming. I'm staying for a while and may add a couple more weeks. The room has plenty of space and a practical layout, with beautiful, sturdy wooden furniture and a big fridge. The bed and linens are comfortable, and the shower gets very hot with okay water pressure. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. There’s also a washing machine and microwave in the shared space, which is handy for longer stays. Incredible value and quality, such a gem.
