Everything was clean and working, and the staff were pleasant. It was a comfy hostel for a night or two, but the chicken shop right underneath it meant there was a smell. If chicken aroma doesn't bother you, it could work for you.

Cozy and nice, close to the airport and not far from the old town.

Parking is available behind the hotel, and the location behind Chiang Mai University is good. The rooms are spacious, new, and clean, with simple, functional minimalist furniture. The bedding is decent with lots of pillows, though the bed felt too firm. There are some drawbacks: no elevator, a small sign that's hard to spot, and the Google Maps pin is wrong. Being next to a road also makes it noisy, so it's not very peaceful. There aren't many staff, and the counter is empty in the evenings.

It's in a community area where you can find food at any hour. Go for it if you're not trying to expand your body!
