We felt right at home in the deluxe suite. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was gorgeous and sparkly clean, with a coffee station, a large private patio, and a little speaker system for playing music respectfully. The building is beautiful, old, well kept, quiet, and serene. Staff were polite and friendly, and communication was great before our stay and throughout it. The location worked perfectly for tourist sites, local markets, and hip bars. We can't wait to come back as soon as we can!

Host Chotevit was friendly and helpful, and made the place feel like home. I had a great stay in the superior king room at Ashy Poshtel. It had everything I needed: a great mattress, quiet and privacy, a balcony, efficient quiet AC and fan, and a small quiet fridge. Room service came every day to clean and bring fresh towels, toilet paper, and bottled water. The location is great, close to everything you want to visit. Hope I can come again.

They kindly let us check in early after we'd just gotten off a night bus, which we really appreciated. The showers were nice, and having hairdryers was a good extra. It's on a quiet side street near plenty of places to eat, drink, and explore. The room was simple but comfortable, with good air conditioning.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the room was clean with a separate bathroom and high-speed Wi-Fi. It's a good place to stay in Chiang Mai Old Town, within walking distance of Ta Phae Gate, the night market, Warorot Market, cafes, local restaurants, 7-Eleven, and whatever else you might need.

I booked the room days ahead and arrived in the afternoon, but nobody was at the counter. I waited 20 minutes before noticing a sign saying I had to call for someone to come. When staff finally responded, they said the room wasn't available and asked me to pay extra for another one. I was furious and left for a different hotel rather than cancel there. Staff told me to cancel the booking so they could refund me, but after I canceled through trip.com, they rejected the refund.
