The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable. I booked a twin room and asked for an extra bed, but there was still plenty of space. I think it could comfortably fit 3-4 people. I was especially impressed that the hotel has a proper emergency evacuation ladder, a good sign of attention to safety. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Tha Phae Gate, which made exploring the city easy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. I booked in person, and arranging things afterward over WhatsApp went smoothly. A very pleasant stay, and I’d definitely return.

A family owned business with great service. The rooms are really spacious for the price, and I was especially impressed with the showers and balcony. Great spot for walking around downtown Chiang Mai.

As of 23.10.2025, the hotel is closed for renovation, both inside and out. We stayed here before and loved the rooms and the friendly family who ran it. There was no information about how long it would stay closed or whether the same owners would be back 😓.

The service was great, and the hotel had good WiFi for meetings and a free breakfast. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai.

The old town location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the room was spacious. But one of the three windows had no curtains, and the bathroom had lots of mold with what looked like a leaking ceiling. The place is otherwise very quiet, except for two roosters that crowed constantly from 4:30 to 8 in the morning. I slept terribly. That’s why I’m giving it three stars, since a hotel needs to let you sleep.
