We were six people and had plenty of room, with four rooms and five spacious beds. The kitchen was well equipped, as were the tableware, washing machine, and dryer, which made the stay very convenient. Maya Mall and One Nim Bay are close, with lots of good restaurants and coffee shops around, and there’s a highly rated massage shop right across the street with a 5-star Google rating. The host was especially kind and thoughtful, which really warmed our hearts. This place made our Chiang Mai trip even more enjoyable, and I’d definitely stay again if I return. I’d happily recommend it to people around me.

We traveled as a big family, with my mother, children, and grandchildren, and could all make good use of the common areas. The place was directly opposite One Nimmanhaemin, with lots of food along Nimmanhaemin Road. I found it through Agoda/Airbnb, and the room matched the listing photos and description perfectly. It had a common area, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, and all the listed amenities, so we barely needed to bring anything. We could chat or call whenever we had questions. The owner was kind and polite, explained the house in detail, and suggested places to eat and visit, as well as cafes. I’d definitely stay again if I get the chance.

The house looks just like the photos and is good value for the price. It’s easy to reach, with tourist attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and cafes nearby. The owner was friendly, gave us clear information, and treated us like family. There’s room for up to 10 people, with a living area, TV, and dining table, plus four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It’s equipped with a washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, towels, and internet, and parking is available for up to three cars.

The owner was really friendly, and having a famous massage shop right across from the house was another plus. The location is in a very quiet, pleasant area, which made me very satisfied.

The pleasant surroundings and the owner's kindness won me over, and getting to transport and amenities was easy. Astro House is somewhere I'd like to visit again.
